Melvina’s Adventures

This book comes about from the inspiration given to me by my father, Adam Galuza. He was a storyteller, which I have become as well. My wife and best friend, Beverly Galuza, inspired me to share these stories. My sister, Yvonne Stanton, has been working with me on this journey of our shared family history. These are stories told to me by my father about his mother Melvina Maximovich. She lived in Lithuania and Poland. The land seemed to change all the time—one day in Poland and the next day in Lithuania and sometimes in Russia.
